I offer a freelance design service, with flexibility to operate both remotely or within your own premises.
My passion and expertise is bringing ideas to life through 3D design, development and implementation.
I also have experience of managing and designing products from concept through to a fully realised saleable item; working with manufacturers abroad, design validation and creating promotional materials for launch.
SO WHY WORK WITH ME?
I bring over 8 years experience working professionally in the design industry backed up with a 1st class degree from the Loughborough University Design School.
My diverse experience covers both in-house product design and 3D branding design at a global award-winning design agency.

ADVANCED CAD
SURFACE MODELLING
Over the past 10 years I have worked with multiple CAD software platforms including Creo, Catia and AutoCAD.
For the last 5 years I have used a combination of Alias Surface, Rhino and SOLIDWORKS to produce complex detailed surface models for global FMCG brands. As well as producing high quality product technical drawings and packaging cutter guides.
CREATING PRODUCT RENDERS & ANIMATIONS
With my CAD data I can produce high quality renders and animations to sell in a product concept to a client, demonstrate function, create digital research stimulus and much more...

3D PRINTING & RAPID PROTOTYPING
With the data, I can also produce 3D printed mock-ups to assess a design's true scale and feel in hand. I have many years experience of creating data suitable for FDM printing and high resolution SLA printing as well as the post finishing and assembly to create complex prototypes.
I currently have capabilities to produce mock-ups in-house using filament based 3D printing and connections to produce higher quality prototypes externally, as required.
A GREAT NETWORK OF SUPPLIERS
I have built up an extensive network of suppliers, collaborators and makers who I've worked with over the past 8 years. Everyone from experienced model makers, packaging experts, high end printers, innovative research agencies to rapid prototyping companies and CNC machinists.
If I can't personally do the work, I will know someone that can.
